By booking or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms stated below.
Our services involve meditation and mindfulness sessions designed to support general wellbeing. As these are experience-based services, results may vary from person to person.
We do not offer refunds if a participant does not experience the expected outcome, including not feeling relaxed or meditative after a session.
Individual experiences may differ, and results are not guaranteed.
If a client purchases a package or multiple sessions:
We expect all participants to behave respectfully during sessions.
In cases of inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, we reserve the right to cancel the session or terminate ongoing services. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
If the session location is significantly outside our service area, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the booking.
If we cancel a session due to location constraints or service unavailability from our side, a refund will be provided.
Refunds will only be considered under valid and reasonable circumstances, at our sole discretion.
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be granted in exceptional situations, subject to review and approval by our team.
